A Conversation with Sharon Brown
Using Story as a Tool for Discernment
Event Overview
This recorded virtual event explored the role of story in discernment with author, speaker, and fellow ESDA member, Sharon Garlough Brown. Sharon’s novels have effectively used story to open readers to the formation journey. Her Sensible Shoes series is a favorite among spiritual directors.
Our conversation centered around how listening to others’ stories and knowing and telling our own story helps us to understand God and ourselves in deeper ways.
This event included time for personal reflection, group interaction and Q&A with Sharon.
The presentation and Q&A portions of this event will be recorded. Access to recording is included in registration.
