Submit Life with God References

In order to best evaluate your candidacy as a Life with God leader, we ask you to provide us with two ministry references:

1. Pastoral: one from a pastor or elder who knows you personally
2. Small Group Peer: one from a peer who has experienced you in a small group setting

Your references will need to fill out an online form on our website. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. Copy the link below and forward it to your pastoral and small group peer references.

Once we receive your application and your references, we will contact you to schedule a brief phone interview. If you approved for certification, you will be able to continue to Step 3 and enroll in an available online course.
